What are AI Credits?+
AI Credits are used whenever Specks performs an AI-powered action. Your first $99 brand activation includes 1,000 credits, and they're shared by every brand on your account.
Do my credits expire every month?+
No. Your credits belong to your account and are shared by all your brands. Use them at your own pace rather than being forced into a monthly allowance.
Does manual Studio editing use credits?+
No. Studio is your manual editing environment. Your AI credits are used for AI-powered actions.
What happens when I use all my credits?+
You can purchase additional AI credits whenever you need them.
What does the $1.99 monthly charge cover?+
One $1.99/month Account Maintenance subscription covers your whole account, however many brands you have. It starts one month after your first brand activation and keeps your brand workspaces, assets, history, configuration and remaining credits active.
Can I have more than one brand?+
Yes. Each brand is activated once for $99. Your credits, storage and maintenance subscription belong to your account and are shared by all of your brands.
How does storage work?+
Your account includes 5 GB of storage, shared across every brand. Need more? Add monthly storage: +5 GB for $5/month or +25 GB for $19/month. If an add-on ends, your files are kept — you just can't add new ones until you're back under your limit.
Can I download my designs?+
Yes. You can export your brand assets in PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF and MP4, depending on the asset. Downloads and exports don't consume AI credits.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. You can start with the free preview without entering a credit card. You pay $99 only when you're ready to activate your brand.
